This was just an ok experience. I wasn’t greeted for about a minute or 2 while I was standing at the pickup counter. Also the green detox tasted like it had too much ginger, which I did not request.

I placed my drink order online using the app and picked up in store but didn't try the drink until I got home. I was disappointed that it didn't contain dates even though I added it on the order. I didn't have time to go back to the store and it tasted ok, but I noticed it because I had ordered it many times before.

The staff at Nekter is very friendly and efficient, even at the very busy lunch hour. I would have given a 10 for rate of speed, but I did have to wait a bit even with a called in order. With that said these guys are hustling and it would be crazy to expect them to move any faster than they already do. They still make time for a friendly greeting and make to sure you have everything you need. Special thanks to Michelle; she is a special person and a valued employee.

I pre-ordered my drink in advance, and I arrived roughly 5 minutes late. Unfortunately, my drinks were not finished, so I had to wait :( I was in a bit of a hurry, so that was a bummer. Perhaps the store was busy?
