Service went down hill. Walk in and waited to be helped and no one ask or say anything until I asked to be help. Staffs also weren’t friendly. Ordered online and my order was 15 minutes late.

Anytime I’ve ordered using the app, my order always takes quite a bit of time. Because of this, I arrived 15 minutes after the app said the pick up tune was and my order still hadn’t been started. I’ve come to expect long delays. I do love the bowls.

Training is needed on most staff members. They don’t know how to greet customers nor prioritize when busy. The product is very tasty, however.
