I go here all the time this particular order the smoothies were extremely watery was very not enjoyable.

Location is hit or miss. Sometimes you get a full bowl, sometimes you get one half to three quarters full. Gets a little tiring when you have to proactively caution the preparer on it every time “just in case”. It’s much easier going to the Tustin location where the staff is better trained on consistency.

I’ve been to Nekter many times, but this visit the customer service was subpar at best. I waited at the pickup bar to retrieve my mobile order and was completely ignored. I finally gave up and had to go to the register and stand in line to get my drinks. Not the end of the world, but it’s always annoying to be ignored.

I love nekter but this location hasn’t been as good as others I have visited. Our acai bowls and smoothies are more runny and less flavorful. Staff isn’t as responsive/attentive.
