I love Nekter, and sometimes this location is good, but on average, there is usually something wrong, or it takes FOREVER on my order. The last few mobile orders I've placed have taken 20-30 minutes. I wish they would hire friendlier staff and just get the order right.

Not sure if the staff here changed recently, everyone at this location had been so kind in previous visits. Today, there were four people working when we came in and not one greeted us or even came to the counter when we walked in for our online order. When they did acknowledge us, they were not welcoming and dismissive. It felt like us being there was an inconvenience for them. This is our local Nekter, but I don’t think I want to go back after this trip.
