The Mango bowl I ordered Was not very full. I usually order from another location but that location closed early today. The açaí is usually almost up to the top, along with the fruit, but this time the açaí was less than halfway to the top of the bowl. I felt that the portion was smaller then normal. There seemed to be a lot of granola in lieu of the açaí.
Hopefully this issue can be fixed so it does not happen again. I will order from a different location next time.

It took 35 minutes to get a smoothie and a bowl. It was busy, but I did order ahead and i still waited 18 minutes from the time it said to come. Then I got home and realized my husbands bowl wasn’t made correctly- and since each add on is $1, it adds up quickly and it was disapponting to not get what we ordered. Husband took it all the way back, then the manager gave him a hard time and wanted to initially refund him about $7 or $8 for his $16 bowl. Eventually, it was made right and he got chipotle instead. :(

For 1/29 purchase,
Juice amount was so low below the lid like an inch. I paid a large but got like regular size amount.
I asked to sub the red apples with green apples but was informed no green apples. Then I saw a big whole bucket of green apples sitting right next to the red.
I don’t think the staff changed her gloves after using the cash register and started juicing using the same pair!

Three workers ignored me while standing at the pick up window so had to go to register even though I ordered ahead. Ordered granola on the side but granola is on top. Also ordered no agave on top but can’t be certain they did that either
