My mobile order stated a pick up time of 12:52pm. My order was not ready until 1:27pm. The staff were hustling so I do not blame them. Your store is way under-staffed.

ordered on the app and waited in line at the pickup. after the previous customer was helped the employee looked at me and went to the back to wash his blender. when he came back in, he went to the cash register to help a customer who just came into the store. i waited for the second employee who was busy cutting fruit to help me with my order finally.

Hi. This is the second time my order has been messed up. The last time, the açai bowl was all watery and dripping. This time, the mixture at the bottom is not at all the color or taste that it’s supposed to be. It was brown, not the pinkish purple it normally is. I don’t know if this is a problem with the people working here currently. If an ingredient is not available, at least inform us and don’t give away a watery brown bowl to customers.

They did not start on my order until I physically showed up in store. I showed up 15 minutes after my scheduled pick up time. The employee also almost gave me someone else's order on accident.

The açaí was extremely rynny and the granola portion was dismal. The portion of açaí and granola are less and less every time. It’s difficult to justify the price increase when the portions keeps decreasing!
