The store was very busy. There were a lot of workers but I still waited for quite some time before being acknowledged to pick up my order. My order was also not ready in time and when it was ready only 2 of the 3 items were made. I will more than likely not return to this store.

I ordered a large peanut butter and jelly smoothie. And I also ordered a peanut butter and jelly parfait with Chia. Both of the time so I asked an associate to please make my peanut butter and jelly smoothie again they both tasted bland and they were both watered or soggy. Not even cold. Both of the time it tasted like it had no banana, just blind. At this point I threw my whole order away to the trash. I’m very sudden about this incident as connectors one of my favorite bars. This location has been very disappointing

My order was supposed to be ready at 12:14 and I was there it took 5 min for me to be acknowledged and then when I did ask I didn’t get a response the person just walked away and now it is 12:42 and I still haven’t gotten my order. I know they’re busy but a little communication would have been better or if they would have given me the opportunity to cancel my order

store is severely understaffed. 1 of 3 worker only cared about his only drink station. 1 of 3 worker seemed to be new and was very slow. 1 of 3 worker was working her butt off trying to handle the cashier call the pick up counter, and helping her 2 other colleagues. she was a trooper and so hard working! efficiency and workflow was severely lacking. more training needs to occur. more workers are needed. and workflow needs to be reevaluated.

Todays visit appeared that most customers orders were delayed and there was not enough staff to cover the crowd. I waited an extra 15 minutes than my expected order time. I felt bad for the guy worker who was working non stop and had to deal with customers asking for their their late orders.

There was obviosly some issue in the back with ingredients. Orders were running very late and there was no one staffing the register. The staff themselves were great and were obviously working hard
