Pre-ordered my order for the wrong day by accident. The staff was super helpful and understanding when I showed up a day early. My order was completed quickly and the issue was resolved with very little effort required on my part.

I ordered the PB Health Nut and it was not blended well. I've never had palpable chunks of dates in my smoothie before when I've ordered it... Unless the recipe changed. Anyway, I did not like the texture.

Took over an hour to get my online order of one PBJ smoothie. Workers did not ask for my name or order while I was at the counter.

Typically, I order smoothies and they are wonderful and delicious! This past order however, my smoothie bowls were unfortunately covered with smoothie on the outside. Resulting in smoothie getting everywhere on my clothes and in my car. Additionally, the quality of bananas for the smoothie bowl toppings were not the best. They were overly ripe, brown, and mushy.

4 years ago I rated this place 4 stars and since then it has deteriorated immensely. Recently, I had to cancel my in store order after waiting 30min & they never started it - with 4 people working.
I now drive out of my way to the other locations to get my Nekter order promptly and smoothly.
