To be honest… it was an expensive mistake…the drinks were not good at all… we couldn’t drink them… the acai bowl was ok… unfortunately since we picked the drinks… we didn’t complain for a refund… but the descriptions were not acurate…

I was overlooked 3 times for customers walking in to make orders before I was addressed tomar conform of my mobile order was ready. I feel totally disrespected.
When I was finally asked about my order it also was not ready which is totally tolerable but considering I was dismissed so easily prior to being attended to; now I’m extremely irritated.
I placed my order 30 mins earlier. Totally unacceptable!

The guy working when I came was so nice. He redid my order when I couldn’t pick It up on time after ordering through the app and then I dropped It right after I walked out and he said no problem and made me another. I felt horrible but It didn’t even phase him and he quickly made me a new one and had such a nice friendly attitude.

Hello,
I went to the Nekter at 6258 Irvine Blvd, Irvine, CA 92620 around 6:45pm which I learned was 15 minutes before the store was suppose to close. Long story short, I've been there a few times before, but today will be the last time I go to that store. I ordered a 32 oz PB health and a Berry Banana 24 oz for my daughter. Both of those smoothies tasted like chalky water with color... My last time going this place; it's obvious the workers are taking short-cuts. Funny part is I tipped the girl 15% during the payment check-out; last time I do that too

Today was good..I was greeted with a smile and the employees said welcome! I work in retail so it’s all about customer service.In the past this location never welcomed me,and the counters were dirty.They did amazing today though.
