Although I placed an order through the app for this location, they said they had no order and I was at the wrong location. I had the receipt and proof of everything. Ultimately it made me late for work.

We online ordered two bowls and both only had banana on them. My daughter picked up and was very disappointed. I had to drive back and ask what happened to all the fruit. We buy so many bowls- and have never run into this issue. I should have been notified if something was out! I would like a discount for having to correct this error.

Fast and quick. First time trying Nekter so I didn’t know you had to ask for your drink. A few team members saw me staying but didn’t say anything until one from the back acknowledge me. She asked if I was waiting for an order and finally gave it to me. The smoothie came out amazing!! Definitely will be back.
