Well some months ago I got a real bad experience, the drink was fine but the overall cleanliness and staff professionalism was pretty bad. Now I see an improvement, especially one of the girl smiles a lot and very energetic, of course there is always room for improvement but I’m glad my past feedback was actually heard! Thank you!

Workers are overwhelmed and can not work on time. A girl today Saturday working at 11 am keeps ignoring customers. Sometimes they do not follow orders and need it up.

Juice is ok, but the bowl is not good, blended with too much ice.

The bowl was ok but the protein drink was all watery on the top and not mixed at all on the bottom. The cashier could not help me verify the balance on my gift card as I had to buy an additional item just to get the amount. I like Nektar and will continue to be a client but recommending this location is not something I would currently do.
