Ordered 3 bowls...1 of them as a split bowl. Only 2 bowls were ready when I went to go pick them up. Had to wait while they made one of them...which defeats the purpose of ordering it ahead of time.

The online order really needs to get better. As does the pickup at the store piece. Had to wait to get my online order on my last two visits. The App is very cumbersome and doesn't really connect to anything in the store. With nekters prices on the high end I kinda expect more

Terrible. Your employee was just super rude and not helpful at all. Been shopping at this place for many many times and had always been super happy until this last experience. Doesn't reflect the value of your company and hopefully you'll fix this otherwise I won't be shopping at this store again!

I love nekter and was so excited to hear about mobile ordering recently. Today is the second time recently that I have mobile ordered and received the incorrect size. I usually order from my phone and my husband picks them up on his way home, today and last time I ordered 1 16 oz and 1 20 oz or the larger size and both were the smaller size. They tasted great, but two times in two weeks i paid for a larger size than I got.

Much improved over past visits. When I have picked up orders in the past, I have largely been ignored for close to 10 minutes while the staff has focused on taking walk-in orders. With this visit, I was promptly acknowledged and my order was ready. Looking forward to returning.
