I’m a regular customer at Nékter, but this order fell short of my usual experiences. I ordered a banana berry açaí bowl and the açaí base was just completely lacking flavor. It appeared to look quite watered down as the filling was a bit more watery than usual and much much lighter than the usual dark, deep açaí purple. Upon tasting it, it lacked any real fruit or berry flavor. It was not sweet or tart. It tasted even more watery than it looked. I am hoping this was a mistake and the recipe has not changed as the bowl I have had last week and previous weeks tasted much better.

Speed of service has definitely gotten better over the last year. I’ve been acknowledged promptly and more often than not my order has been ready by the time I arrive.

It happened to me during the last 2 visits with different servers.
The first one: I sent in my order via the app. Arrived at the store and waited for 10 minutes. When I saw there was no action, I asked the server about my order. She then looked at the “machine” and told me “oh. The order just came in”. I knew it was not true as I was standing there and I couldn’t hear the printer printing any thing. Besides, it took my at least 15 minutes to arrive at the store after I placed my order.
The second time: again, I ordered online. Came to the store. Saw the server made my order and placed it in the refrigerator without asking if someone is waiting. First I thought it was not for me. I waited for another 5-10 minutes until there is no action. I asked about my order. Then the server pulled my ticket from the wall and go to the frig and pull it out. My point being, if she would asked if the order is for a client who was standing there then I didn’t have to waste my 10 minutes.
