The time the order is submitted doesn’t correlate to when it is made. I usually place the order about 15 mins before on the mobile app. This is the second time I’ve ordered on the app. When I arrive the drinks are not completed. I believe it’s on the tech side because the printed ticket doesn’t show up until after I’m there. So obviously this is not an issue with the staff. The drink quality and customer service is always great!

Made an online order so I didn’t have to wait very long. Arrived at the store and was never greeted. Waited by the pickup counter for 7 minutes. Another client that ordered online or previously walked up and was greeter immediately. I then asked if my order was ready and it had been ready all along. Disappointed in the customer service that I received today. Usually everybody is friendly and greets customers as they walk in.

Smoothie didn't seem mixed thoroughly (larger bits of ingredients than normal).I ordered other items but none were waiting for me do had to wait for the next customer to finish up their transaction before I could be helped again.

Nice place to get juice or a smoothie. They have good options and also serve ice-cream flavors which changes every 3 weeks or so. Right in the Woodbury market place where parking is also ample.
