This is my second experience at this location where I was very disappointed with the customer service I received. I approached the mobile pick-up counter and waited for 10 minutes before I finally had to speak up and request my order. There were 5 employees working at the time and one gentleman who assisted others at the pick-up counter, but overlooked me 3 times. Very poor customer service. I won’t be returning to this location in the future.
