The employees are very friendly and courteous, the store is always clean, and service is timely. However, on 3 separate occasions I have had a large frozen inedible chunk of puree(?) in my almond butter bowl. I tak my bowls back to the office to eat, so I cannot ask them to fix it. It is disappointing as this bowl is over $10.

The pre-order walk up is awkward when there are longer lines, as if there is no plan to handle walk ups that ordered online, seems to disrupt flow, employees should know what to do and how to handle, but otherwise great job.

The chia seeds taste like burnt sesame seeds. I have chia seeds at home and it kinda ruins the drink. I’m tolerating it but I won’t get the chia seeds there. It really overpowered the drink.

Part of the acai in the bowl was still frozen and not blended. The cashier helping me was not very friendly but did help me quite quick. Usually everyone is very friendly and there are no issues. I love scheduling orders with the app, it is so convenient.
