Great. Quick service with friendly staff. I was greeted and helped quickly with out any issues. I tasted my drink and felt it needed a little more ice, the representative did not hesitate to add ice and did so with a geniune smile.

Love this place, but mobile orders have been slower with remodel of the front counter.

It would be wonderful if after walking up to the mobile order pick up area someone acknowledged I was there and asked if I had an order to pick up. Most of the time the people behind the counter don’t want to make eye contact because they are furiously making drinks and think I ordered in store and are just lingering for my order. I always have to catch someone to check for my drink.

My experience was at a very high level. Great job! Keep up the good work. I especially appreciated the explanation for the store remodel to a Bowl Bar test store. Very interesting and appreciate the transparency because I'm a fan and like to know if/what changes there might be to my favorite products and stores.

I love your store! It's close to my work but not my home so I don't go as often as I'd like but it's clean and the lady who helped me was very friendly and pleasant :)

Not bad compared to other visits.

Not a fan of how they have limited the juice options and can no longer “create your own” juice via the app. I came to the location 3+ times a week and order a custom juice via app that I can no longer do.

The drink is up and down. I have ordered from you several times and first time is was made real well and the second time was ok and the 3rd time was real bad and now the 4th time is was ok. So it has not been consistent. I think consistency needs to be there because I always think twice about what I'm going to get. Thanks, Smeeta

ontime and quick

I tried to order a bowl from The Square location and it didn't give me that option so I wasn't able to mobile order what I really wanted. Please provide the App update so I am able to order a bowl from this location.

My order was wrong..I ordered the green machine no ginger....there was ginger when I arrived to work. Called back and they said to come back so they can fix it, I work 15 minutes away and my lunch time was up.

The one comment I have that it’s difficult to hear the staff call your name or even when your placing your order because it’s so loud in the store.

Randomly closed in the middle of the day. Didn’t update their hours on google maps or yelp...lame and unprofessional.
