I used their app. I ordered it at 1120. I showed up to the place to pick it up at 1145. It was not ready. Customers whom got there after me to order with out the app got their orders before me. What got me upset is that the order was ready because they pulled from the bottom of the counter. When I got they asked of it was a mobile order and what was my name. So they knew I was there.

I ordered through the app. I gave the order enough time to go pick it up. When I got there the order was not ready. Other customers whom placed their orders live were getting them before me. The agent did ask if i I had placed a mobile order and I say yes. I after continued waiting she asked what did i order and i told her my order. My order had been ready because she pulled it from the bottom of the counter.

I love the flavor of Nekter's juices. Sometimes I'm reluctant to go because it takes a while to get a drink and I'm often in a hurry. We usually go to the location in South Coast Plaza and today we decided to see if this location in Irvine might deliver our drinks more efficiently and we are very happy to say that this location DID indeed deliver our drinks in about half the time...and with very friendly service. We'll be visiting this location from now on!

I sent in a mobile order but it wasn’t made until I arrived. They hadn’t seen the ticket to start making it. Once I arrived of course they got right on it and upgraded my drink size. Drink tasted good and I was on my way. Thanks Nekter!

I enjoy the service at Nékter. The only complaint I have is that I placed my order on my mobile app, and when I went to pick up one of my orders, the person who assisted me told me it was not available. I think the app should be updated with accurate information. I was expecting to take my Immunity Shot, but it wasn’t available.

I placed an one order through my app for a pick up at 7:30am and when I got there I was told hey didn’t have apples but never called me to let know what they could subtistute for. Took time from my drive to work.
Every Nekter I have ever went to is extremely SLOW. I understand that when it's busy it takes more time to turn around juice production BUT when I order online for pick up and give 10 min minimum before stepping into pick up my drink and it's still being made AND there's no one inside the juice bar it's extremely frustrating. Maybe we need to look at the time it takes for app to communicate to any given juice bar.
