i just think when you order something online it should be ready at the time it says it will be ready. I clearly am in a hurry if im taking the time to preorder. that could definitely be improved

The store was unable to fulfill my prepaid order because their blenders were not working. I was thankful for the phone call letting me know of the issues prior to my showing up. I feel the store should assist with the refund process rather than advising me to contact corporate.

I really love going to the Nekter at the Square. The store is bright, modern, and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and I actually go there to work sometimes.

Very nice environment but parking was such a hassle just to stop in to get the juice. There should be assigned parking at least one spot for to go order there at the square
