Smoothie was delicious and the employees were very nice.

Took a long time to make a juice. Smoothie was done then had to wait 6-8 min for the juice. Employee looked lost maybe they are new?

After a long wait (it was busy), they rushed to make our orders, and the resulting smoothies came out coarse and watery when compared with what we normally get when visiting a Nekter. This location seems to have strong issues with staffing and quality control.

Not ok I order juice and received like smoothie thing this is second time they did not make it right? What’s up with that they can’t read ?

We received the incorrect sized juice. Paid for a 32 with no ice. Received a 24 oz with ice - green apple detox. Paid for a 16 oz watermelon cooler with no ice. Received a 24 oz with ice. The elderberry smoothie did not have greens in it.

same experience as normal but the smoothie didn’t taste like it usually does. like there was something missing but don’t know what.

I always enjoy my drink . But today my smoothie had a bunch of rock like pieces in there. I tried to ignore it but it was throughout my whole drink. Had to keep spitting it out.

I get a smoothie every morning from this store. The staff know exactly what I order and recognize me when I walk in and hand me my drink.
