Really nice and friendly people working there. The juice always tastes so good as well.

I was really disappointed by my experience today. I arrived at 5:59 PM—literally one minute before closing—and was refused service. I genuinely enjoy Nékter’s fresh juices and smoothies and have always had positive experiences before, which made this especially frustrating. I understand closing procedures, but turning away a customer one minute before closing felt unnecessary and left a bad impression. I hope this is something management can address, because I truly like the business and what it stands for. I want to continue supporting Nékter.

I usually go to the one in ladera ranch and order always the same items, greenie juice and glow getter,but for some reason the greenie juice doesn't taste as good as the ladera ranch so I wasn't happy with the flavor at your location

Ordered a green juice one day and it was good so ordered it again the next day and it was so bitter I couldn’t drink it. Had to throw it away. Also, the people I was with the first day ordered drinks with protein in them and they tasted so pasty they didn’t drink them. Ended up being a waste of money. There was maybe a change of shifts in the mission viejo store when we walked in. One employee walked out to go on her break leaving another person who just arrived to deal with a big line

The juices and smoothies were great!

I never had problems before but this time we waited long for our app order, then was told they ran out of orange juice. We were told our orange crush order was made with other ingredients, it doesn’t look right and taste super bland.

Clean store, and wonderful juices. The employees are a little hit-or-miss, I’ve had some before that aren’t super hospitable, but my experience today was great. Employee who helped me was very sweet! I didn’t get her name, but she had brownish-blondish hair and a friendly smile. My juice was fantastic.

The team is welcoming and efficient! Two things you want when you are stopping by for a green juice on your way to the office :)

Nektar always has the best smoothies, acai bowls and juice (Toxin Flush is my fav) made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The staff is friendly, fast, and attentive. Fast service and fantastic quality make this a must-try for smoothie and juice lovers!

Could not log points for past 2 online orders. I get a juice daily for my daughter.

juice was bland for first time ever

The order pick up was a good experience. Other times I have waited 30 minutes for one juice. The staff has difficulty using your system for gift cards etc. Most times there are only two staff members working and customers are waiting 25 to 30 minutes for orders.
