The team is always nice friendly and fast. However there is always inconsistency in the smoothies and bowls. They are never the same and this morning the açaí bowl was completely watery when we got it. On another note since the app update there is no opportunity anymore for this location to not have a sweetener. I get two options either zero calories or agave. I want an option for none at all

I prefer this location over ladera ranch. You guys have more toppings and fill the bowls to the top.

Ordering online and picking up in person was quick and easy. I was late picking up my order, but it was placed in their freezer and was waiting for me. The bowl was delicious and the serving size was perfect.

I didn’t get almond butter or agave on my almond butter bowl

the protein bowl i ordered was very thin and lacked flavor. presentation was nice, but it left me unsatisfied

the bowl was not that good- it was kind of watery and the fruit did not have a lot of flavor. I was surprised to be disappointed since I am such a fan

I’ve had a better bowl made in previous orders

I bought three bowls and I was cheated açaí on the split banana berry bowl. There was barely an inch of açaí in each of the split banana berry bowls. If I was to put all the açaí into one bowl it would be equivalent to one of the split peanut butter bowls. I filed a complaint with coorporate because after the new guy was brought to this location I have been so unsatisfied with my orders. This was my final straw. If this continues I will not be returning to this location.

I wish there was more in the bowl. My bowl was half full.

I went here a while ago to get a protein shake and an acai bow while ordering online. I figured out that it was 3 days expired by the time I got home to an absolute rancid smell. I attempted to return it, but they did not accept it because I had already tried it. Nobody in the store was available to help me with the refund process, even though they gave me an expired shake.
