I pick up a bowl at least 3 times a week. Today I picked up a bowl that was not the norm. There were no blueberries and a very very small amount of granola. The employees work hard and we’re busy but it was not worth the 10.00 I paid today.

I loved the flavor of everything I received. I disliked that I payed for the pitaya passion fresher and didn't receive it. Other than that I would order again. I love that the bowls can be split and that you ask if I need a spoon!

Our 3 protein bowls were missing almond butter or peanut butter. That was a bummer. Otherwise good.

They forgot to include the 2 combo refreshers that we ordered with the açaí bowls. My husband called and had to leave a message. We haven’t received a return call yet and this was 4hrs ago.

We ordered two PB bowls and both bowls did not have any peanut butter in them, nor did they have agave nektar in top. :(

My order was made incorrectly. I thought when I got it that I ordered the wrong thing, but when I checked, the bowl I ordered was supposed to have açaí and peanut butter and the one they made for me was light pink and hardly had any peanut butter to taste. I’ve purchased the peanut butter bowl before, and it was definitely not correct. Super unfortunate to spend the money on a bowl and get the wrong thing.

I had ordered a bowl with mango inside, but that was forgotten. Otherwise, everything was good.

When I ordered an açaí bowl online. I came in 15 minutes later and they didn’t even receive an order. I had the right location but they just never got it.

I thought I ordered a dragon fruit bowl and accidentally clicked smoothie. I told them when I got there and they made me the bowl which was great. I again paid on the spot for the bowl and was told I would be credited for the smoothie. I got charged for both.

Store & employees are wonderful! Products are excellent, with the exception of your smoothies, which have no flavor, no matter how many different ones I have tried. I suspect it has to do with using unripened bananas. I stick to your juices and bowls.

Wanted to try their new elderberry smoothie so I ordered one online for pickup and it was delicious! Not too sweet, which I love. They seemed to be busy today but my drink was ready on time and the staff were nice, so no complaints! This place can be quite pricey for a drink/bowl, but it’s worth it if you want a refreshing treat! Their açaí bowls are always really filling, and I love the granola that they put on top.

Not quite sure why it takes this location a minimum of 25 minutes to prepare an order via the mobile app. I could have a 4 course meal prepared in that time. Today, 10/8 @12:45 we picked up our mobile order and instead of 2 bowls, we received a bowl and a smoothie. Unable to go back to exchange, as most people who order via the mobile app are in a hurry. I called the store to advise I wanted a refund for the missing item and she blew me off saying she would process a refund than later admitting it has to come from HQ. I asked for her name, however she refused to give it and hung up. In this case, the money wasn’t the issue as much as holding people accountable for mistakes that effect others.
