I ordered on the Nekter app, which makes it easy. However, there was no granola in my PB Bowl, as expected. That's disappointing.

I put in a phone order and I arrived 5 minutes after time it said it would be ready and I still had to wait. they had not started it yet when I got there. I have ordered açaí bowls many times and this one was not great. it was watery and not a lot of flavor. both my daughter and I both thought it didn't taste like usual and consistently was not as usual. since we saw it being made in front of us and was not ready when I got there it was not due to it melting waiting for us to pick up.

We typically get Nekter once a week but haven't for a few months due to the cold weather. When we picked up our 3 acai bowls, they were made poorly. It looked lumpy with no visible fruits on top. And there was even a half cut banana in one of the bowls. It was so surprising that if I had time, I would have gone back to Nekter to request new bowls. I will not be ordering from this location for a while.

nectar is one of my favorite smoothie places. a couple thing i love about it is that is has a good variety of flavors and proteins. the only bad experience i’ve ever had with them is that i’ve had to wait an hour just to oder our açai bowls. then they took 39 minutes to make. it was TERRIBLE service!!!!!

You were out of spoons which is a pretty basic thing to be missing when your food is frozen bowls.
My order tasted different than what I’ve had before at other Nekters but I can’t put my finger on why.

Smoothie and acai bowl were great! But the staff, meh. Just didn't seemed pleased to be there, to be bothered, or to be working.
