Great service and workers. Breakfast bowls good especially with dates and apples.

Bowls were great, but the chocolate peanut butter protein smoothie had small chunks of banana that were not mentioned in the description, so my daughter would not drink it. I wish it was at least in the description so I would’ve made a note to fully blend

As a regular Nektar consumer, I am generally very happy with all aspects of Nektar at whichever location I make a purchase. Yesterday, at the Sendero Location, which is usually a 5 star store, I had a disappointment with the product that I failed to notice in the store, since I was delivering items to my family and had them bagged. The staff here was friendly, polite, and timely on delivery! I ordered 3 items. 2 Bowls and a 16oz smoothie. 1 Bowl was half empty. Nektar isn't the cheapest date, so when a bowl is half empty, that's a negative experientially and economically. I tried to paste a photo here, but it won't accept it. Thank you for providing fast, fresh food, that nearly always hits the mark! Christine

Today, it went pretty bad and that was because you guys forgot to put bananas in my açaí bowl and you guys possibly gave my mom another persons smoothie since she isn’t sure if she got the right one or not.

Only order PB Bowl with extras , always consistent except they forgot my Coconut I paid for this time .

I walked in and was ignored waiting for my order to pick up. It took 20 mins to make my smoothie. One smoothie, not a bowl, not a huge order. One drink, really?

Customer service skills are lacking. Did not get what we ordered. No chia pudding for my bowl and the bowl that was ordered without granola, I was told it wasn't ordered without. After reviewing my receipt it says NO GRANOLA ON TOP. Please issue a credit in my Nekter account for 2 bowls, exactly as ordered.

All was great except some ingredients were missing from the bowls we ordered.

Hi—I ordered two bowls and juice. My daughter picked up the order and she asked if there was anything else in the order and they said no so I paid for a juice I never received and I am unable to get in touch with the store. There is no answer and only says it is unavailable. :(

This was my first time here, I usually go to a different Nekter. We love Nekter. The service here was mediocre, 3 people working and seemed frazzled, hectic. I placed my order online to pickup and happy I did. A couple items, (banana and granola), were forgotten so I had to go back. Otherwise, the bowls & juice tasted fantastic!

I enjoy your smoothies and açaí bowls. They always taste great. If I had a suggestion, I wish they would have a better system in place for online order pickups. I’ve had to wait 5 mins to pick up my order because of people being in line ahead of me ordering. Maybe have a fridge that customers can pick up their orders themselves. Jersey Mikes and Starbucks utilize “honor system” mobile pickup setups.

There was no almond butter in my almond butter bowl. Also no blueberries and I doubt the boost I paid extra for. 😣

I love Nekter. The quality is always so good. I love the almond butter on my protein bowl. It’s so good, I don’t have to make my bowls at home.

I like that I don’t have to make my smoothie bowl at home and it’s always delicious

The customer service was okay, but when i walked into the store it took a little while for someone to come out then received a bowl with frozen strawberries inside of it which was not very nice.
