Our experience was seamless. We ordered on the nekter app, walked into the location, grabbed our smoothies and was outta there. Easy and very convenient.

Great! Submitted my mobile order before I left the house. I called to make a request of splitting the smoothie into 2 smaller cups. When I arrived, the drinks were quickly taken from the freezer and handed to me. Very satisfied kids!

Bowls were great, but the chocolate peanut butter protein smoothie had small chunks of banana that were not mentioned in the description, so my daughter would not drink it. I wish it was at least in the description so I would’ve made a note to fully blend

As a regular Nektar consumer, I am generally very happy with all aspects of Nektar at whichever location I make a purchase. Yesterday, at the Sendero Location, which is usually a 5 star store, I had a disappointment with the product that I failed to notice in the store, since I was delivering items to my family and had them bagged. The staff here was friendly, polite, and timely on delivery! I ordered 3 items. 2 Bowls and a 16oz smoothie. 1 Bowl was half empty. Nektar isn't the cheapest date, so when a bowl is half empty, that's a negative experientially and economically. I tried to paste a photo here, but it won't accept it. Thank you for providing fast, fresh food, that nearly always hits the mark! Christine

Today, it went pretty bad and that was because you guys forgot to put bananas in my açaí bowl and you guys possibly gave my mom another persons smoothie since she isn’t sure if she got the right one or not.

Not a good experience.. not a good quality smoothie

I walked in and was ignored waiting for my order to pick up. It took 20 mins to make my smoothie. One smoothie, not a bowl, not a huge order. One drink, really?

The app showed your location as Ladera Ranch so I actually went to the wrong location, but my smoothie was fantastic once I got to the Wright store

I’ve never had a bad experience. But today I watch the girl making the smoothies put her fingers in her ear multiple times and well as touch her phone twice. The whole time she had the same pair of gloves on and never changed them while making food. Really grossed out.

Suggestion to put safety stickers on the lids of all your drinks, and all other food items to go when door dashing. Also, with smoothies, there should be an area where you can say. Please add extra ice.

I love Nekter but sad you can order a legit dinner and have it before a smoothie at this location. They are at least twice as slow as any other location for whatever reason. We literally watched a couple go into Morena’s eat dinner and walk out before we got our smoothies. Bananas. To owner - Let me buy this location from you and show you how I can double sales. I give you 50% of additional sales for 3 years.

Overall great experience! Easy in and out pickup, with friendly staff, and delicious smoothie!!!

It was fine by 30 minutes for a smoothie was a little crazy!!

Last couple smoothies i have recieved have not been good. Missing something or not fully blended.

I enjoy your smoothies and açaí bowls. They always taste great. If I had a suggestion, I wish they would have a better system in place for online order pickups. I’ve had to wait 5 mins to pick up my order because of people being in line ahead of me ordering. Maybe have a fridge that customers can pick up their orders themselves. Jersey Mikes and Starbucks utilize “honor system” mobile pickup setups.
