I like that I don’t have to make my smoothie bowl at home and it’s always delicious

Showed up for a pick up order. None of the three employees greeted us or asked how they could help us and immediately went to the back. We waited for 10 minutes for someone to come to the front and still, she did not say one word to us. Probably because she had AirPods in. We told her we had a pick up order and she took the smoothies out of the cold case, slammed them down, and walked to the back without saying a word. They were ready the whole time. This isn’t the first poor experience we’ve had at this location, but this took the cake.

Would have been better if employees knew how to cancel my mobile order so I can get my order from the store closer to me. But other than that the smoothie tasted good.

We placed a mobile order and it was wrong. Ordered two Toxin Flush and a smoothie. We requested to Add Pineapple to both TFs and PAID extra for it. Asked for extra ginger in one. When arriving, the guy gave them to us. Asked which one has extra ginger and he didn’t know. Neither had pineapple. We didn’t have time to wait for him to remake it. This is not the first time orders have been wrong. I will just go back to the LR location.

nectar is one of my favorite smoothie places. a couple thing i love about it is that is has a good variety of flavors and proteins. the only bad experience i’ve ever had with them is that i’ve had to wait an hour just to oder our açai bowls. then they took 39 minutes to make. it was TERRIBLE service!!!!!

I ordered and paid through the app. My smoothie was ready exactly when the app said it would be. A friendly staffer handed me my delicious smoothie and I was on my way.

Smoothie and acai bowl were great! But the staff, meh. Just didn't seemed pleased to be there, to be bothered, or to be working.
