Smoothie was very icy unlike the same one I get at the RSM store regularly. Quality can be improved

My kids love the smoothies at nekter and I love the ingredients. We visit this store often and are always happy!

Wish there was a place for notes on the app. Overall consistency is the main challenge The smoothies are often not blended enough for my daughter. Have to go in or call to follow up which defeats the point of online ordering. Ordered a large juice and had so much ginger could not drink with this order.

I thought I ordered a dragon fruit bowl and accidentally clicked smoothie. I told them when I got there and they made me the bowl which was great. I again paid on the spot for the bowl and was told I would be credited for the smoothie. I got charged for both.

Store & employees are wonderful! Products are excellent, with the exception of your smoothies, which have no flavor, no matter how many different ones I have tried. I suspect it has to do with using unripened bananas. I stick to your juices and bowls.

I love this Nekter! The employees are always friendly and my order is always correct. When I needed my smoothie super ground up due to oral surgery, they honored my request each time and made me comfortable about it instead of making me feel like I was asking to much.

Wanted to try their new elderberry smoothie so I ordered one online for pickup and it was delicious! Not too sweet, which I love. They seemed to be busy today but my drink was ready on time and the staff were nice, so no complaints! This place can be quite pricey for a drink/bowl, but it’s worth it if you want a refreshing treat! Their açaí bowls are always really filling, and I love the granola that they put on top.

Not quite sure why it takes this location a minimum of 25 minutes to prepare an order via the mobile app. I could have a 4 course meal prepared in that time. Today, 10/8 @12:45 we picked up our mobile order and instead of 2 bowls, we received a bowl and a smoothie. Unable to go back to exchange, as most people who order via the mobile app are in a hurry. I called the store to advise I wanted a refund for the missing item and she blew me off saying she would process a refund than later admitting it has to come from HQ. I asked for her name, however she refused to give it and hung up. In this case, the money wasn’t the issue as much as holding people accountable for mistakes that effect others.

I hiked four miles and was ready for a nice smoothie. I asked for a strawberry and banana smoothie... they gave me a strawberry and blueberry fruit cup. 😡😢
