I usually go to the one in ladera ranch and order always the same items, greenie juice and glow getter,but for some reason the greenie juice doesn't taste as good as the ladera ranch so I wasn't happy with the flavor at your location

Ordered on app then went in. When I first walked in the employee at the counter stared at me and then asked another employee to talk to me for some reason? She got my smoothie and I left. When I got home I noticed the smoothie was way off. Super thin and not much flavor compared to usual. Called the location and they took my name down for a free one next time. Who knows how that system works?
