They greeted me when I entered, and quickly retrieved my online order. Smoothies were great.

The application on the phone was easy to use. I could find what I wanted and could customize my order easily. It was a good ordering experience. I was not greeted when entering the store. I was waiting to be acknowledged for what felt like 3+ minutes, yes I had already ordered on the app, but the staff didn’t know that. When I received my beverages I thanked them for preparing them, neither employee acknowledged my appreciation verbally or otherwise. I enjoy the product, the taste, the options, the app experience, but the service experience was very sub-par. The quality of the product and the quality of customer service is not in parallel. I’m hoping this improves. It would create a much better overall experience. One of the reasons I order using the app.

One thing that woud have help tremedously would to have the smoothies labled by flavor. We had 20 different smoothies and it was very hard to determine one from another with no labels of any kind. thank you

With a busy rush, I was a given an accurate time estimate for my smoothie, which I appreciated. + the two workers had good attitudes
