Ordered a green juice one day and it was good so ordered it again the next day and it was so bitter I couldn’t drink it. Had to throw it away. Also, the people I was with the first day ordered drinks with protein in them and they tasted so pasty they didn’t drink them. Ended up being a waste of money. There was maybe a change of shifts in the mission viejo store when we walked in. One employee walked out to go on her break leaving another person who just arrived to deal with a big line

I placed a mobile order. When I arrived to the counter, staff did not acknowledge my presence and assisted two more customers at the register. My order was supposed to be ready by 12:31. At 12:32, they had not started it & proceeded to make it incorrectly. They were quick to make it once I asked, then realized that I wanted to cancel it, since I had an appointment at 12:45.
