Idk why but when I order online for a specific pup time at this store it seems to never be ready.
I placed a mobile order at 10:55 for pick up at 1pm and at 1:05pm no one had even started making it.
This has happened several times and when you are in a rush it’s really hard.
While we love Nektar we may have to order from a different location or from another place in the Sendero market place when in a hurry.

Smoothie and acai bowl were great! But the staff, meh. Just didn't seemed pleased to be there, to be bothered, or to be working.

I had a great experience. I felt bad for the staff, there was only 2 people and they were very busy. They kept a smile on their faces and were very polite.
