The shop was busy my order was little behind pick up time today, no problem. I was annoyed the $2 promo code wasn’t working today, that’s why I even ordered.

Order was ready when I arrived and I was a little early.

Placed my order at 12:33pm and it’s currently 1:06pm and I’m still waiting for my order that was supposed to be ready at 12:48pm. Once the order was ready, the extra layer of chia pudding was missing and I did not receive my ginger shot. Not the best experience.

You were out of spoons which is a pretty basic thing to be missing when your food is frozen bowls.
My order tasted different than what I’ve had before at other Nekters but I can’t put my finger on why.
