We typically get Nekter once a week but haven't for a few months due to the cold weather. When we picked up our 3 acai bowls, they were made poorly. It looked lumpy with no visible fruits on top. And there was even a half cut banana in one of the bowls. It was so surprising that if I had time, I would have gone back to Nekter to request new bowls. I will not be ordering from this location for a while.

nectar is one of my favorite smoothie places. a couple thing i love about it is that is has a good variety of flavors and proteins. the only bad experience i’ve ever had with them is that i’ve had to wait an hour just to oder our açai bowls. then they took 39 minutes to make. it was TERRIBLE service!!!!!

Second time ordering from Sendero location w poor service when picking up an online order. Items were dropped on counter and employee walked to back room without saying anything - it wasn’t my full order- so I spent 5 mins trying to wave her down from the back from to come back out and assist me. Which was met with attitude.
Also please rethink how the chia pudding w almond butter is built as twice now the almond butter sticks to lid when opening and plops onto the ground. Maybe put a layer of granola on top!
