I ordered on the Nekter app, which makes it easy. However, there was no granola in my PB Bowl, as expected. That's disappointing.

I put in a phone order and I arrived 5 minutes after time it said it would be ready and I still had to wait. they had not started it yet when I got there. I have ordered açaí bowls many times and this one was not great. it was watery and not a lot of flavor. both my daughter and I both thought it didn't taste like usual and consistently was not as usual. since we saw it being made in front of us and was not ready when I got there it was not due to it melting waiting for us to pick up.

I ordered online at 1139. Per app it pick ip was at 1154. Walked i to the store walked up to the counter not 1 of the 4 employees acknowledge me. When we got our drinks at 1210 your staff was very nice and thanked me for my patience and the order tasted amazingly.

Come on Nekter owner! Step it up! You’ve had ongoing poor reviews of your establishment regarding disrespectful and rude employees to customers and also closing earlier than your posted times. I was just the latest customer. Walked in 15 min before closing and two girl employees told me “sorry, we’re closed, we just cleaned everything but you can order something from the fridge.” They had EVERY SINGLE BLENDER CLEANED almost 15 minutes before closing at 6pm which means they starting their closing process even earlier than that. You have a ton of working families, coming in to grab healthy stuff on way home. You shouldn’t be in this location if this is the customer service people should expect from you. We’ll gladly go to another location if it’s not addressed.
