This was my first time ever visiting a Nekter. I ordered on the mobile app and when I arrived at the store my app still said my order was processing. There was one person in line to order and there was nothing on the counter waiting for pickup. I took a seat a few feet from the counter. Other people came in and grabbed their orders that were sitting out and the person in front of me was helped. The 2-3 employees then went to a back room and I was left just sitting there. No one acknowledged me in any way or asked if I was waiting. All the while my app still said processing and there wasn’t an employee in sight. A few minutes later an employee walked out and I asked to check my order and he walked over to a refrigerator and pulled out my order and handed it to me without a word. The drinks were good but the service was a big disappointment

When I walked in there was nobody up front, or visible in the back. I stood there waiting for maybe 20-30 seconds until 3 people appeared. That’s not a long time but I did question…did I have the right store? Where are the people? Both my orders were done and ready to go. They both looked amazing. Tasted awesome! Verified they were both made with pea protein bc there was no label and I have someone at home with a dairy allergy. Thank you!

The peanut butter açaí bowl must have had only a small amount of peanut butter because I couldn’t taste it. I will not be ordering this again at this location.
