I used the Nekter app this morning to save time. However, when I showed up at the time I was promised, it wasn’t ready. They apologized and it was ready 10 minutes later. They are super nice and were apologetic. Just letting someone know so, maybe they can fine tune the app.

I just want to say that I love tocsin/juice drinks. But I have to say that every time I order one they are so inconsistent each location. When I picked up this one, there wasn’t any ginger in it and it wasn’t bright green. They offered to remake it but I just had them add more ginger. If there’s a recipe I believe that the employees need to follow it because they always taste different. Thank you

Pickup order took over 40 minutes. Timing needs work for pickup orders to avoid extra wait time.

Uou need to fix the system so an order can be canceled and credited via mobile app

I did a mobile order and my drink was not ready when I arrived. They didn’t see the ticket, so had to wait. This is the second time this has occurred at this location. My husband was waiting in car with baby and toddler, so speed is important to us.
