Nekter Juice Bar - Lake Forest

The volume of the acai bowl I received was seemingly much less than what I normally am served at other Nekter locations.

The Manager at this location is a top notch from both a customer relationship, and team leader perspective.

I’ve had good experiences with this store. However, I purchased 3 6 bottle celery detox cleanses (ordered through the app two days ago) and I have received nothing stating 20 percent off menu items for 21 days with these cleanses I purchased. I even had to take a picture to show the employee. This is disappointing. Maybe it will start tomorrow? The employee didn’t know either. Also the app doesn’t warn you that once you hit redeem you only have 30 mins to retrieve item or maybe the print is too small. The manager at the store though is very fair from my experience and I appreciate that. The app has a few kinks to work out but the overall still happy with dealing with this store. If I don’t get an email saying 20 percent off menu items for 21 days, I will come in and address with the manager. Thank you, Valorie

Employees don’t acknowledge customers

Well the lady the answered the phones didn’t want to be bothered to check to see if my order was ready because god forbid she had to walk up front to check! The rudest person I’ve talked to there!!

The manager made an app situation right (my first time using the app) and my first time at a Nekter place. I appreciated that and now they have my business otherwise I may not have frequented the establishment or Nekter again. I love the Celery Detox!
