We have had good experiences in the past so hopefully today is just the result of one employee not being thorough. I placed a pick up order for 4 items and they only gave my husband 2 of the 4. So now he's having to drive back to get the other 2 items. It's frustrating this has happened. And on the app I was nice today and tipped more since in the past our experiences have been good. Also, there are no phone numbers working to call them. The one listed on the app and website do not work. Another number is on this feedback form and that says it is no longer in service.

The experience is good. I have been HOOKED on the chia pudding cups & usually order them on the app. I would love to see the calories on them as well as the ability to customize them. My go-to is the berry but add almond butter (which I cant do on the app, only in store)

I always try to come to the Lake Forest store, it is clean, always have items on display and the grab and go, and the staff is friendly.

I frequent the Nekter near my house roughly 4-5 times a week and love the product. However, when at work (Lake Forest location), the Nekter in that area has messed up my drink nearly every time. They are clearly not adding the Almond Butter which I pay to add and when I ask, they tell me, "no, it is in there". If I didn't get the drink so frequently, I perhaps would have missed it but I am certain it is not being added. I will unfortunately not be going to this location again.
