I enjoy the Nekter products. I was delighted to try the pumpkin parfait as I was a fan of the pumpkin bowls a few years ago. I miss the bowls quite a bit. The parfait was a bit on the dry side for me.

Usually this location is great! However my açaí bowl I got today was complete liquid (I understand it’s hot, however he had just finished making them when I picked up) there was one cut strawberry on top that was slimy and inedible & my bowl also had a twig on top I’m assuming from the blueberries? Overall not great :(

Usually pretty good experience at this nekter but won’t be going back after today. Placed a pick up order and showed up for it 27 minutes later just to give them extra time. After being ignored for about 5 minutes they then told us “we’re finishing that up” but we watched them proceed to just start our order right then. Took another 15 minutes to get our stuff after this. It ended up being the worst bowl and smoothie I’ve received from any location ever, just tasted like water. I work in this industry and would never be okay with giving this kind of service.

I ordered a chocolate bowl ahead on the app for lunch. This order was not even ready. I had to wait like 20 minutes plus. My lunch break is only 30 minutes so I had a bad experience this time.

I never been an Açaí kind of guy and if I’m being honest , I never even knew what and açaí was but The açaí bowl that was handcrafted by Khai was absolutely delicious and very well presented! To top it off the customer service from the young man and his co-worker Ysabella were top tier! 100% recommend this location to anybody who wants a well rounded meal as well as a pleasurable experience !!
10/10 will be back !

I asked for the dragon fruit bowl without banana and it had bananas, both bowls tasted like ice with fruits.

They were not kind when I went to pick up my order. Not just that but they didn’t even have my order ready and I was there five minutes after the time they said it was ready, I got there and my order was still not ready and I had to wait even more time when I was there, it’s okay if there busy but there was no one else in the store.also the worker was very sassy and they forgot my peanut butter in the protein bowl ! They did that last time to but they keep doing it
