Went here the other day and had an amazing smoothie. Came back this morning and got a smoothie for my girlfriend and brought it home, about 3 minutes away. When I gave it to her she noticed it was so watery, more like a juice than a smoothie. For paying over $10 for a smoothie I’d hope for better consistency :(

I pre-ordered my juices and they were ready for me when I got to the facility to pick them up. The gentlemen that helped me was very pleasant and even opened the door for me when I was leaving. The juices are very tasty.

I can always expect incredible healthy, vegan smoothies & juices! With having a lot of dietary restrictions, this is one my of top go-to places for when I need a quick meal or snack and I’ve never been disappointed.

Great juice and staff but app has sent my order to wrong address twice

I’ve been to many Nekter locations in the Valley and Town and Country really delivered this weekend! My order was ready to pick up on time and was made perfectly with customizations done correctly. I ordered an açaí bowl and juice and they were both delicious. The açaí bowl was packed full and they even put the rest of my chia pudding on the side so it didn’t make a mess when eating. The juice was full to the brim which I’m happy about because at other locations the cups are often not served full. Everyone was extremely friendly too. This might be my new go to location.

Great experience except I wish you would clean your door. It’s grubby and a juice store should be spotless

Wasn’t greeted when I came in, employee just kept making juices. Another employee came out from the back and I told him I was picking up. Then first employee called my name and didn’t say another word to me after I thanked him. All of this 15 min late for my scheduled pickup time.

I really like Nektar and chose to order in store vs via the website or app. I have often seen prices be higher online or on apps vs in person. When I got to the store, I learned that add ons that were free if I ordered via your website were an upcharge in store. I chose to order via your website instead of in person despite being in store. It was disappointing to see that discrepancy. I also chose to order a juice that is a green juice. When it was given to me, it was a brown color. I asked to make sure it was the correct drink. The gentleman explained that there was beet juice in the juicer and the he could remake it, but his tone was a little rude because I questioned if I had the right drink. My juice and bowl were fantastic, but the overall experience was a little off putting.
