Very friendly staff juice was missing ginger and lemon I believe as I could not taste it but I did receive a size up from what I ordered so that was nice

Bummed they don’t open until 9am on weekdays now! Usually need a juice or smoothie bowl before traditional working hours :(

Great… your employee told me about a cleanse sale that was supposed to be this am…at 7am she said come in early. The cleanses will be 50% off. I had to go to Tuscon till this am at 7 I went to a Nékter there to buy 2 juice cleanses for my sister and I…I was a bit surprised that the sale wasn’t going on there.. because I asked your employee and she’s said I could go to any Nékter…For the sale…I feel jipped!!!

I ordered my smoothie online, it said it would be ready at 2:52, I walked in at 2:52 and I was handed a drink that was juice because it has been sitting out so long. The smoothie had separated and they forgot an ingredient. They remade my drink

Great juice, LOVE the ginger shot....Poor customer service. I'm giving 4 because I ordered two items, a Pineapple Match (YUM!) and my Ginger shot (EXTRA YUM!). I got my smoothie but three more people got served while I waited for my shot and finally had to ask for it. I'm not sure if the lemon is already in with the ginger bottle (she only poured on from one), but it tasted like the lemon was missing and it was given in such a rush with an air of inconvenience, she didn't even put a lid on it. Other than that it was good, just to many young workers getting distracted with each other and not actually wanting to deal with customers at all like you are waisting their time showing up.

I didn’t have my reading glasses with me nor my wallet only my Apple Pay. & Bianca & her sweet spirit helped me add my payment to the app so I could place & pay for my order simultaneously. Talk about going beyond wonderful customer service. Of course the juices & smoothies are extremely fresh made & worth the price point. I like how they asked if you want ice or not.

Ordered celery juice and a bowl. The celery juice was basically water. I took a pic If it if you’d like to see it.

Very nice staff/employees. The order was to have two juices with ice and the third without. Little screw up there which (obviously) isn't the end of the world. I love Nekter and always think the staff is nice.

I've been craving my Recovery beet juice since I got Covid. Ordering online is a breeze, and staff was busy but super friendly when I zoomed inside to pickup my juice. I really needed the extra love and smiles I received at Nektar. Thank you!

Great, fast and friendly. Enjoy the greenie juice the most! Be great if you guys had collagen powder options to add, in addition to protein powder. Maybe more organic spinach and kale options.

Your staff was eager to please and very attentive this morning. Product tasted just as good as my standard location off of Indian School. I like that your stores provide a rest room to wash my hands! A great spot to get ya feelin healthy after an unhealthy weekend. They make some delicious juices and açaí bowls. The minus a star is more so there has been a couple times they’ve been out of some of their main ingredients for things, which gets me to try other things. But still. When you are in love, that’s all you want.
