Hello! Did a Pickup Order and not happy with with Acai Mango Bowl, had the consistency of soup - to much cashew milk. I thought maybe it was warm out today, but contents are cold. Thank you!

My açaí bowl was so delicious!

The order was on time. It was my first time having a bowl and I thought it was scrumptious. I look forward to my next one!

My bowls weren’t made right at all and I paid extra for coconut flakes and strawberries and didn’t get it there also wasn’t enough granola in the bowl at all or that much fruit just a ton of açaí

I ordered a bowl using the app with add-on berries, but didn't receive them. In the app, there is no way to request a refund for the upcharge, which to me is a flaw.

Order was ready early and I received prompt service. Acai bowl was exactly as I ordered it and delicious as always. Thanks!

I ordered the açaí berry bowl. It was good; I’d give it a 3.75 :) Not the best I’ve had but I would definitely return for another one. Cute restaurant and location to sit and enjoy your bowl. The customer service was great.

App did not have the comp bowls promised for gift card purchase

My bowl was extremely watery. I could barely eat it with a spoon and it sadly had no flavor. I have had misses the last several times I’ve ordered with Nekter now

Your staff was eager to please and very attentive this morning. Product tasted just as good as my standard location off of Indian School. I like that your stores provide a rest room to wash my hands! Don’t know how you guys keep up the consistency! Thank you for opportunity to write a review! I had the protein bowl and a yummy greenie juice.

A great spot to get ya feelin healthy after an unhealthy weekend. They make some delicious juices and açaí bowls. The minus a star is more so there has been a couple times they’ve been out of some of their main ingredients for things, which gets me to try other things. But still. When you are in love, that’s all you want.

Bowl rated as it should - fresh, tart, and delicious. Great guest service and positive demeanor.
