The acai bowl was really good- like really good. I had never had one before and loved it! I would buy more often but the pricing for $13 with tax is a little steep for the budget to have something daily. For sure a treat breakfast and will be back soon.

I’ve been to many Nekter locations in the Valley and Town and Country really delivered this weekend! My order was ready to pick up on time and was made perfectly with customizations done correctly. I ordered an açaí bowl and juice and they were both delicious. The açaí bowl was packed full and they even put the rest of my chia pudding on the side so it didn’t make a mess when eating. The juice was full to the brim which I’m happy about because at other locations the cups are often not served full. Everyone was extremely friendly too. This might be my new go to location.

When I picked up my order the lady put it on the counter said have a nice day and walked off. Didn't offer me a bag or a spoon for my acai bowl. Rude.

Usually I love Nekter but wasn’t as good as usual. Our bowls had missing fruit, missing coconut flakes. I received a lot of complaints from my family.

I used my app to order my açaí bowl and it was ready when I arrived. The store was clean and inviting and the 2 gentleman were busy making orders. I waiting for about 3 minutes and the was helped. My bowl was delicious.

I didn’t receive the bottled water that I ordered and I received the wrong açaí bowl

I ordered ahead thinking that would be the most convenient and efficient way to order. I got there a little early and the girls told me they were working on it. I sat and I waited and waited and heard other peoples’ names being called for their orders then after 25mins I went up and asked where my order was. They looked around then the guy went back to the fridge to grab it. She knew my name when I first walked in so I don’t know why they didn’t call my name and just shoved it in the fridge after making it. My dragon fruit bowl was all runny since it was just sitting in the fridge for 20mins. I had a meeting to go to and it was a total waste of time. I wasn’t pleased and they knew they screwed up but didn’t offer me anything for the inconvenience.
