My daughter and I came in for beverages and an açaí bowl. My daughter had received the first order and I walked up to the pick up station to inquire about the second drink, as we were going to leave for an appointment. Jamie rudely interrupted and loudly told me my drink would be ready when they get around to making it which would be soon, then began addressing another customer. He was not only rude to me but to his co-worker. I returned from dropping off my daughter at a nearby location and cancelled my order. I doubt we will be back to this location.

It's the only place I'll go for my açai bowls. I just love them.

—updated 9/6/25 Hello, I wanted to write this email to provide some feedback on an order I picked up today from the location on 20th St. in Camelback in Phoenix, Arizona. At this point nekter has completely stopped responding to any of my emails for customer service purposes so I don’t expect a response on this either because you guys clearly don’t care about the quality of work coming out of your stores. And at this point you may ask why I keep coming back— and transparently if there was a better option nearby, I wouldn’t be coming back. Today I did an order through your app for a banana berry açai bowl split with some additional toppings that I paid for on top of what already comes on the banana berry bowl. Much to my surprise I get home and realize there are no bananas. There are no strawberries. There are no blueberries on top of this bowl. I only got gluten-free granola, raspberry bits and peanut butter, which is all of the extra toppings I paid for. It seems like your staff doesn’t fully read the order tickets when they come through and they just guess or think they know what the person got. I know I’m not the only customer that experiences this based on all of the reviews that mention the same issues so you probably should care about the quality of what’s coming out of your stores especially when you’re charging $20 for a banana berry açai bowl split into two when I didn’t get half the ingredients. Overall, it’s just really frustrating because I want to eat healthy. There aren’t a ton of options which is why I continue to go to nekter and you have a decent rewards program. It’s sad that I have to check every single order that I received from one of your store stores because that should be done by somebody that’s employed by nekter. ————————————— This is my favorite location in the phoenix area. They are always pleasant and the fruit is always 10/10 fresh and delicious. I recommend ordering ahead through their app — huge time saver! And you get points.

I enjoyed the flavors in my bowl tremendously!

I enjoy that the ingrediants are always fresh and bowls seem to be made with care. I usually order ahead, and my order has always been ready when arrive. Staff has always been friendly. I did order cacao nibs and paid extra, however, they were not included on this order.

Unfortunately half of my order was wrong. The one bowl that was correct was perfect. No greeting when I walked in everyone seemed like they were in their own space. I wish I would have checked the bag before I left so I could have corrected the other Bowl. All in all I will come back though because I do enjoy the goodness of nectar.

I went about 1:30 today (4/25) and younger white male was taking our order. I was meeting my friend for a lunch break and she had politely asked how long the wait would be for a pb jelly açaí bowl would be due to our time crunch. He immediately went in saying that "well as long as it will take me to get the people orders behind you then make your bowl, we try to serve everyone here but if you don't want to wait that's fine too" my friend had tried to say it's okay before she could say anything he proceeded to say "us even having this conversation is actually taking up more time for your order and the people behind you" we decided not to order due to the passive aggressive response, we really had no issue waiting he really just seemed like he didn't want our business. We will definitely be going to our usuals Jamba or tropical moving forward. Not the best first impression for us.

Everything was great except I wish they would label the bowls.

I had the protein power bowl. Added all the toppings I could ha ha. So yummy. I will be ordering that one again and again.

why do i have a coupon for a free build your own bowl but every time i try to use it it says it’s not eligible for this order ???

i’ve ordered the 3 build your own bowls in the app and didn’t get my free one. and my order was ready over 5 minutes late because the workers didn’t tell each other i was there waiting for my order. one asked my name and then the other put my order in the back for 5 minutes before someone came back to ask my name again.

This location is usually very good but I have to give feedback because today my acai bowl was the consistency of soup. The employees are always nice (even remembering my name), and the smoothies & bowls taste good but this one was very watery. I didn't notice until I had gotten back to my office at work. :(

Everyone was friendly and quick to get my bowl. I appreciate being able to run in and out.

UPDATE 12/29: i used points to get a chocolate bowl and once again received an incorrect order from this location. I received a basic acai bowl not chocolate and did not receive mangos or blueberries inside. I do not have issues like this at other locations. AVOID this location. This is the second time I’ve had Nektar deliver where they missed an item. Beware when you add an extra Skoop to your order you won’t receive it. No strawberry swoop delivered AGAIN.
