I love your bowls!!! and smoothies they're amazing . I go quite often all over too cause I drive for a living so I find one near me and grab it and run Typically I order online through Google maps like whatever's close to me and then just go pick it up problem is Something is always missing that I purchase extra every time so it does add up after a while and I'm ordering online So I wouldn't think that it would be difficult. I can't say it's one specific store because I go to a different nectar pretty much every time usually it's when I add a layer of chea pudding it's not put in There wasn't the last time and then the type before that I asked for the granola on the side it wasn't.. So it makes me nervous when I order extra boosts or like I mean the boost ininside or whatever one of those you can add because I won't know if it's actually put in or not and approach and paying for you know so when there's other mistakes made it makes me wonder If other things I've purchased are being added in or not that I won't necessarily be able to see. Thatmy only complaint. Oh amd add wheat grass

The staff is incompetent. They forgot the pumpkin in my pumpkin bowl and I paid for protein powder in a different bowl the next week and they didn’t put ANY. If this continues I’m not coming again.

the app was easy to use and order. my order was ready when i arrived. however the bowl i got was like soup, and I ate it right away.

Service was great and timely. Acai bowl was good, although, strawberries on top were old tasting.

Ordered a protein power bowl online, estimate was about 10 minutes. Had to wait 45 minutes for order. When I entered the store, there was a line of around 10 people waiting for orders. There was one person at the register taking orders and only one person filling orders. This has happened other times. Online estimate is not realistic. Store under staffed.

Food was not ready by estimated pickup time of 20 mins. Also both orders came out extremely water to the point the fruits all sank into the bowl.

Overall, it was very good and the bowls we ordered were very tasty.

A lot of items I paid extra for were forgotten, and it took almost 30 minutes after I ordered to get my food. I ordered a peanut butter and jelly bowl and there was no peanut butter and they did not include the extra granola I ordered. I asked it they included it and they said yes but it was not there.

I added mango and almond butter but did not see them added in the bowl.

My bowl wasn’t filled, and it was missing items: no cherrries and the granola was substituted with rice crispies? Not sure what happened here

Like others have posted this is not a good Nekter... stay away! Wait time was long and my bowl was a little over half full and missing fruit/only 1 strawberry... lol?!?! Moreover, they had spilled acai all over the lid. Funny part is they had 4 people working and they weren't that busy? Find another Nekter location!

My bowl was barely topped

I ordered a 2 day cleanse, and while the location and customer service rep, Alex were able to address my concerns, and Alex was very professional and nice, and despite not getting back to me the 1st day in a timely manner, he did amazing with his follow up, and due to his excellent customer service I can overlook the time it took to get back to me at first. I usually love Nektar and cannot say enough good about it, but this year, I have had a few not so great experiences, which cannot be overlooked. This was my 3rd or 4th bad experience this year, and previously I had 0 (in 5 years or longer). It is a shame to see this place go down hill, as I loved this place. I usually order an Acai bowl but I no longer do that because it has no flavor at all, and I have tried it from multiple locations thinking it was due to the location. I love the cleanse but some of the drinks in it have changed for the worse. I found it gives me heartburn, should a cleanse do that? I usually do your cleanse 2x or more a year since it came out, but this will be my last time. on a good note the watermelon sorbet is awesome and has great flavor.

A few items out of stock and ingredients missing from my bowl. The customer service was very Friendly and quick to return my money.

The wait here is atrocious. Read the other reviews. They are true. Every time takes 20+ minutes for a bowl and a smoothie. Stand around and contemplate making them or going to the back. Recently placed an order for a couple bowls and 4 juices. Told me it would take at least an hour. .... wth. Get it together already or get people who have some sense of urgency, please.
