Ordered two bowls. One was only halfway full, but overall speedy and friendly service.

I ordered a berry bowl and the bowl had fresh fruit and was full. The store wasn't busy so I didn't have to wait long.

We've been visiting this location for a few years and this is our least favorite location in Irvine. Last week, not for this order, I ordered two bowls and they turned out runny (as always) and another Irvine location is able to make it very creamy and satisfying to eat. For the order on Friday, I ordered two Toxin Flush drinks on mobile and this is our go-to drink. When I got to the store, the drinks were not made yet. When ready, I thought the color looked odd but I thought it could've been due to the lighting. It tasted different. I went back to the store and the associate let me know they were out of spinach, which was a crucial ingredient. Even though I was offered a bottled drink for two drinks that were messed up, I thought that the associate could've let me know that they were out of spinach when I got to the store, so I could've changed my order. I would like to be compensated for two similar drinks please.

Everything was great, except my order was not accurate. I added chia pudding to my bowl, I was charged for it, and it was not added. I wish there was a way in the app to report when the order is not accurate and to be able to get a credit or refund like other apps and food places have. Not much you can do once your item is delivered if anything is wrong with your order.

It would be great if Nekter could give the GRUBHUB delivery app the option to add the chia pudding to the bowls like you can on the other delivery app. I would order it much more since the closest Nekter to me is a 40-45 min roundtrip in North San Diego County.

The acai bowls and juice tasted great. Everyone was very pleased

One suggestion/improvement. Often when picking up my online orders, I'm missing a component and have to ask for the item. E.g. I order a juice and a bowl, get handed the juice, but then have to ask for the bowl (which is usually done, but in the refrigerator). The problem is if I'm picking up for someone else, there's a high chance of missing a part of the order. It would be nice to add a process of double checking the entire order upon pickup.

I frequent this location and have always been pleased with the exemplary customer service and quality juices, smoothies and bowls.

When I picked up my bowl. Person working just handed bowl and walked away. I had to stop him and ask for bag.

I frequent this location, as the customer service is exemplary and the smoothies, bowls snd juices are delicious!

The food and service was great-- it did take 20 minutes for our bowls to come out even though there was no line when we got there. There were a lot of online orders but the two girls just seemed swamped. Their busiest times are in the morning so there should be at least 3 staff there until 12 at least.. I used to work there and we never had only 2 working in the morning for rush.. they gave me a larger juice since we had to wait though and I really appreciated it. I could tell they were working their butts off just needed more help.

Never will be back to this place ever, ordered the acai bowl and the portion was half the cup they served it in, we usually go to juice it up but wanted to try here, we are going back to juice it up, at least they fill there bowls to the top for the same price. The portion we got was half the size we get from juice it up and the same price.

Not the best representation of the Nekter brand, convenient location to have but every time I’ve been here it’s very busy and very understaffed, they frequently mess up mobile orders and it takes 2x as long to get your juice or açaí bowl. There definitely needs to be some changes made but like I said location wise, very convenient.
