The Nekter juice Bar in Quail Hills is constantly struggling with the quality of service and the products. I waited 15 minutes for 2 watermelon bowls this morning, and one of the bowls was only filled up with half of the container. I was not pleased with all. was not a busy day; it was $10.85 for each bowl with additional 20% tips; they should at least fill up the containers.

I have been going to Nektar for years, and have introduced many people to it, and they love it. But this last time I went was bad. my acai bowl, the base was not good at all. it had no flavor and was brown, like it was really old. it didn't smell or taste bad, as it had 0 flavor. I did not complain as in all the years i have gone to Nektar I have never experienced anything like this. across all your stores, they consistently are all the same and great. the toppings were normal the base was bad. and it was to be ready at 12:45 and was not ready until a little after 1. and I have never had to wait so long on an in app purchase. I would not have said anything but you invited my feedback. on another note the staff was friendly and welcoming. All 3 employees greeted me and were very kind, pleasant and respectful.

My PB bowl was very small - not at all the amount that I get at other locations.

A good portion of a fruit 'banana' was not in the bowl despite an extra order of it was placed.

The guy working was great! Very friendly and fast. The store ran out of the lids for the açaí bowls so he had to use a different container. Not his fault, but I prefer the containers the bowls usually come in. Other than that everything was perfect and he went above and beyond to help.

Normally have a good experience at Nekter but this location provided substandard service with substandard wait time and gave half a bowl as shown in the picture. I would never return to this location.

Great service - Delicious Acai bowl

First time at this location. Portions at this location were super small. Açaí bowl had seriously 4 slices of banana and 3 bite size pieces of apple and filled only halfway at best. Juice was the same way. Nothing at all like other Nekter locations. I would not go back, especially if I had a choice to avoid this location.

Popeye Açaí Smoothie - tasted great! But, too much banana. I didn’t taste blueberry or açaí. Disappointed that the banana was so strong. Was hoping açaí and blueberry would be the primary flavors.

I received my order in the time my receipt said it would be done. I can tell my bowl was made with care. Thank you

Bowl was missing the almond butter I paid extra for. Bowl was not filled up. Charging 10 and change for bowls that aren’t even full is not great.

This is our favorite Nekter location. We love your smoothies and açaí bowls.

Terrible delivery time. One bowl took half an hour. Unacceptable.

I don’t know why I bother to customize. I asked for no blueberries on my açaí bowl and they still added blueberries.

Afternoon! Thanks for the speedy app and service at Nekter Quail Hill. I have been to this location a few times and am always served well. Whether there’s one staff member or 4, the service is awesome. On this visit, I ordered an acai berry bowl. Unfortunately, the acai was like a soup texture. It had a very watery consistency - thinner than a smoothie blend. I’m not sure if this was an accident but wanted to provide the feedback. Flavors were great but the consistency was weird.
