My bowl tasted like water. Usually it tastes good, but this time I could barely even taste any acai. There was no sweetness at all and I may not come again.

This is one of my go-to spots whenever I’m in town because the bowls and juices are always refreshing. I’m about 10 minutes away by foot so I always order online and walk to pickup my order, and I’ve always experienced a turnaround time of 10-15 minutes, and I’ve ordered sporadically over the course of 2-3 years. I truly can’t relate to the other reviews regarding long wait times because my standard spot in SF is always a 15-20 minute wait, so that’s what I normally anticipate when ordering bowls specifically. I appreciate the time and effort it takes to make my orders because it’s always fresh by the time I pick it up.

It was great. I take advantage of specials that I see. Today I used the $5 off two bowls specials. I do feel like the navigation of the app doesn’t make the use of specials very easy. You don’t see it until you get to the make payment screen and I feel it should show up automatically one screen earlier. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this issue. I feel like I’m making a payment not knowing if I’ll get the discount. Thank you for asking for my input. I am a frequent customer.

I asked for no agave on my bowl and they put agave on it. They always make this mistake and I never send it back because that’s a waste of food, but you guys need to stop.
