Came two weeks ago and my bowl was missing an ingredient (the peanut butter for a pb &j bowl). Following week came back and it was missing again but luckily I caught it that it was missing and they added it. Today both the jelly & granola was missing but didn’t notice until we got home.

Staff was busy and dismissive. Product was better the two other sites where I’ve ordered bowls before. More fruit and fresher here. I ordered no agave but I believe agave was added since it was much sweeter than the others I’ve had.

Clerk was unable to help me with my question of which Bowl had Agave on top and showed an annoyed attitude when I asked him to label the one with Agavi.
I then asked how i could check to see if the reward points were posted for my order. He told me he did not know how to do that, and I should go on line and figure it out myself! He also suggested I scan the bar code but he did not give me a receipt. I then asked for a copy of the receipt and he gave me the receipt walked away.
So much for CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I've been here alot but after going to blue bowl spot I'll never come back to Necter. Nekter is no good they need to fix the acia bowls

I asked for extra agave , unfortunately that was not given in my acá bowl. I was really looking for to having a good açaí bowl with that extra agave because I love it. Customer service was good not the best.

I love your bowls they’re so good but it always takes forever! I waited for 10 minutes after it was supposed to be done and the girls working there never walked away from behind the counter where they were making a smoothie and just chatting with each other. Just kinda frustrating
